SIDC Sponsorship Tiers
Each year our 4th of July event sees an increase in attendance with crowds up to 8,000 people! This event is kept at minimal cost for the community thanks to the donations and sponsorships we receive each year. We deeply value our sponsors and do our best to provide them with the best opportunities to promote their businesses. Below are our sponsorship offerings.
Platinum Tier: $10,000
- Banner placed on main stage; other recognition to be customized
Gold Tier: $5,000 –
- Premium Advertisement – Will have a min 2’x4’ banner and yard signs at all SIDC events. Banner on Morris Field fence along Rt 33 at least 4 weeks prior to 4th of July.
- Radio ad – specifically named on 250 radio spots
- Sponsorship Table at all SIDC events
- 2x weekly Social Media – individual promotional social media posts highlighting your business
- Website Placement – large banner ad on website with specific call out
- Printed/Digital Media – Logo displayed on all media and flyers
Silver Tier: $2,500 –
Sponsorship Advertisement – placed on-site at event, golf tournament, and either car show or 5k
- Premium Advertisement – Will have a min 2’x4’ banner and yard sign at 4th of July event. Entrance banner at the 4th of July event.
- Printed/Digital Media – Logo displayed on all media
- Website Placement – banner ad on website with highlighted call out
- Vendor booth at 4th of July event
- 1x weekly Social Media – individual promotional social media posts highlighting your business
- Everything included in the Bronze Tier
Bronze Tier: $500.00 –
- Group banner– Logo/name on group banner at entrance on the 4th of July
- Yard Sign(s) – Day of Advertisement at event
- Bi-weekly Social Media – One individual promotional social media posts highlighting your business
- Website Placement – banner ad
Iron Tier: $150.00 –
- Yard Sign – present at 2026 events after donation received and printing completed
Donations are tax deductible. The Town of Stanardsville (Tax ID: 54-6095717) and our sister organization STAR (Tax ID: 01-0780542) allow us to accept donations through either statute or IRS 501(c)3 status, respectively. If making a donation by check, please make checks payable to, “Town of Stanardsville” and write “SIDC” in the memo line of the check.
